The art protectionplan.
All new products you buy at your artdealer have a normal supplier warranty of one year.

This warranty implies that you have a certain warranty perticularly based pon fabrication faults for a certain period of time, which in normally one year. With the Art protection plan you will have even more certainty!! Becase now your preciuos art is also coverd against falling, bumping and/or waterdamage. If you deceide on the more extensieve coverage even loss, theft and burglary of your art are included !! On top of this the warranty term is expanded for the same period..

Which Art ?
All art is aligable for the Art Protectionplan. So this means your paintings, drawings, sculptures (resin, marble and bronze) and pillars.
 

A. Normal coverage.
This option give you a lot more certainty then the normal supplier warranty. Under the Normal Coverage your art is being repaired or replaced, even when there is a defect and/or damage which is not covered bij the normal warranty. Intentional damage is not covered offcourse. But when your art is damaged by a force outside your control we will take care of the repairs or even, as repairs are impossible, replace your pice of art. This up to the maximum of the origional amount mentioned on the invoice.

B. Uitgebreide dekking
Dit is de meest complete vorm van het Kunst garant plan. In praktisch alle gevallen waar sprake is van een defect, beschadiging, verlies, inbraak of diefstal van uw verzekerde kunst wordt u schadeloos gesteld. Wordt u, bijvoorbeeld, het slachtoffer van diefstal vanuit het hotel, dan dekt deze verzekeringsoptie de schade, waar ter wereld u zich ook bevindt! Ook diefstal vanuit uw woning is natuurlijk verzekerd. En uiteraard is ook schade door een defect of een plotseling van buiten komend onheil gedekt. Wel is het zo dat u natuurlijk altijd de normale voorzichtigheid in acht dient te nemen.

Verzekerde periode
Het kunst garant plan biedt u de mogelijkheid om uw kunst bij de aanschaf voor een periode van twee of drie jaar te verzekeren. In de door u gekozen periode is uw kunst verzekerd tegen beschadiging en, bij de uitgebreide dekking, ook tegen verlies, inbraak en diefstal

Geen afschrijving
Het aankoopbedrag blijft de verzekerde waarde. Met andere woorden: gedurende de verzekerde periode vindt er geen afschrijving plaats. Indien reparatie onverantwoord is, of in geval van diefstal of inbraak zal binnen de verzekeringsperiode een gelijkwaardig kunststuk tot maximaal het aankoopbedrag worden vergoed.
